Friends of Megan, Inc.
Siteman Cancer Center
St. Louis, MO

Friends of Megan raised $45,000 from 2008-2010, all of which was donated to Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center at Northwestern University where Megan was treated.  The new focus for Friends of Megan, which began in 2012, is to continue to raise money for cancer research for all types of cancer,  gifted to The Director's Discovery Fund at Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis, MO.  We feel it is important to give back to the local community while still supporting the main goal of the foundation; cancer research.

Siteman Cancer Center is recognized as a Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only cancer center in Missouri to hold the Comprehensive Cancer Center designation from the National Cancer Institute.  Siteman is a joint partnership with Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine, who consistently rank among the highest in the country, according to US News and World Report Magazine.
It is important to Friends of Megan that all funds raised be directed to the Director's Discovery Fund for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center.

Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer. Everyone can help raise funds which may someday assist in saving the life of someone you know, or even your own.  Thank you for helping to support our cause and for remembering Megan Ann Gaffin; the girl who touched us all.

All funds raised by Friends of Megan will be donated to cancer research, for ALL types of cancer.  This is the wish of Megan's loving parents, Bill and Donna Gaffin.
